Today's offering showcases this gorgeously restored and uncommon model of one of Omega's classic vintage gent's watches.
Living up to its name as one of the elegant and sophisticated "De Ville" models, it has a classic case and very cool blue vignette dial.
Powering the watch is its fine original ultra-thin handwound Omega movement.
It is fully Omega down to the hands, winding crown, and even signed crystal! It presents in true expertly restored condition. The special dial has been meticulously refinished - the printing could pass as Omega factory done to the naked eye.
Note that the dial appeared brighter under the photography lights than it does in person.
The photos couldn't do the watch justice. It presents as mint.
One of our watchmakers has just disassembled its original Omega movement down to the last screw and cleaned and oiled it, which looks near pristine.
For the finishing touch we have equipped it with a brand new blue leather strap strap making it ready for immediate enjoyment.
Included with the purchase is a one-year C.O.T. international warranty on the movement and its function, a custom printed Connoisseur of Time Certificate of Authenticity, and a new timing certificate.
A four and a half decade old Omega that presents nearly like new!
Omega watches can be found on the wrists of many prominent figures including Pierce Brosnan, Michael Schumacher, Michael Phelps, Ernie Els, and Prince William, and one graced the wrist of President John F. Kennedy. Omega has been the official timekeeper for 21 Olympic Games and is the official chronometer of NASA.
