Today's offering showcases this gorgeously restored full size Omega Seamaster from c. 1975.
It is a later model vintage Seamaster. Built at a time when the quartz revolution was taking hold and Omega was cutting costs, this watch with automatic Cal. 1012 movement with quick-setting date carried on the mechanical tradition of the Seamaster. The 1012 is the higher jeweled version of the 1010 movement.
It is 100% Omega down to the original hands, signed winding crown, and even the original crystal! It presents in true expertly restored condition. The original dial has been flawlessly refinished. The printing is perfect - it could pass as Omega factory done to the naked eye.
If you would like the watch to have a dressier look, all gold hands could be installed.
As part of the restoration our watchmaker has just freshly serviced the movement. It continues to run very true. Photos of the inside available upon request.
Included with the purchase is a one-year C.O.T. warranty on the movement and its function, a custom printed Connoisseur of Time Certificate of Authenticity, and a new timing certificate.
