Today's offering showcases this scarce and beautiful Certified Pre-Owned Cartier Ceinture watch. The Ceinture is one of Cartier's enduring and distinctive designs first produced in 1927. It was was one of the first watches with the crown inset into the case for protection. The company revived the watch in 1973 as part of their Collection Louis Cartier.
This very pleasing all-original example features the iconic solid 18K gold Ceinture case, classic white Roman dial with blue steel hands, and seven-sided winding crown protected by the case.
As mens small mens midsize, it is best suited for a woman or a man looking for a small mens watch.
We were fortunate to acquire it in gorgeous original condition. It is all original down to the dial, hands, winding crown, and original 18K gold screws which are often lost.
Its case is just short of mint. It retains its original factory applied satin finish to the back and original protective sticker. Its dial is just short of perfect mint with light crazing. It is very difficult to see. It is only visible to the naked eye at under very close inspection at just the right angle of light.
Our watchmaker has installed a new battery. For the finishing touch we have installed a brand new Teju lizard strap that has a similar style to Cartier bands making it ready for immediate enjoyment.
Accompanying it is its original Cartier certificate.
Included with the purchase is a one-year C.O.T. warranty on the movement and its function.
