1979 Omega Vintage Seamaster Mens Watch, Automatic, Date - 18K Gold Plated & Stainless Steel

Omega

Item No. 5997

Today's offering showcases this gorgeous restored Omega Seamaster from c. 1979.

It is a later model vintage Seamaster. Built at a time when the quartz revolution was taking hold and Omega was cutting costs, this watch with automatic Cal. 1010 movement with quick-setting date carried on the mechanical tradition of the Seamaster.

It is fully Omega down to the signed winding crown and even Omega waterproofing seal. The original dial has been flawlessly refinished. The gilt printing is perfect - it could pass as Omega factory done to the naked eye.

Our watchmaker has just freshly cleaned and oiled the movement. It continues to run true.

Included with the purchase is a one-year C.O.T. warranty on the movement and its function, a custom printed Connoisseur of Time Certificate of Authenticity, and a new timing certificate.
