The case and movement are original to the watch according to Patek, altough the dial was likely replaced at some point, and the watch has been priced accordingly.

The case is in excellent condition, and our watchmaker has freshly cleaned and oiled the movement. For the finishing touch we have installed a new Java lizard strap.
