Cartier Vintage Mens Tank Mechanical Watch - Gold Vermeil, 18K Gold over Sterling Silver

Cartier

Item No. 7069

Designed personally by Louis Cartier in 1917 and patterned after an army tank, Cartier's iconic Tank watch symbolized speed and achievement.

Today's offering showcases this beautiful Certified Pre-Owned mens Cartier Tank watch. It has an iconic tank case, classic Roman dial, blued epee hands, sapphire topped crown, and mechanical Cartier movement.

Before cost-cutting measures brought about the widespread use of cheaper quartz movements for many wristwatches, Cartier contracted with watch manufacturers to produce mechanical movements designed to last a lifetime.

Using traditional watchmaking practices, these gifted craftsmen poured individual attention into each wristwatch. As a result, mens Cartier wristwatches with mechanical movements are often more sought after by collectors than their quartz counterparts.

Originally designed for men by today's standard it could also be worn by a woman.

It is fully Cartier down to the original band and buckle. It has just finished a true expertly done overhaul and presents in gorgeous condition. On the wrist it presents like new. The movement has just fully serviced by a Master Watchmaker.

It comes equipped with its Cartier strap and Cartier buckle making it ready for immediate enjoyment.

Included with the purchase is a one-year C.O.T. international warranty on the movement and its function and a custom printed Connoisseur of Time Certificate of Authenticity.
