Founded in 1955 in La Chaux-de-Fonds, the epicenter of watch making, Corum is a maker of high precision, ornamental watches best known for their world-famous coin watches. The company's offerings, regarded as luxurious and creative, have tended to embrace extravagance as a key characteristic.
The Certified Pre-Owned Corum watch showcased here features a more classic design - a square "TV" style case with thin profile, strong black dial, original cabochon sapphire crown, and high grade hand wound Corum movement.
Its movement is shock protected in four places, three most than most watches and even two more than many high-grade watches and is adjusted to three positions.
It has just finished a true expertly done refurbishing and presents in gorgeous condition. The dial has been meticulously refinished - it could pass as Omega factory done to the naked eye. The case is mint and the top and lugs retain very crisp lines.
As part of the refurbishing a Master Watchmaker has just freshly serviced the movement. It shows very little wear and is keeping very accurate time.
Included with the purchase is a one-year warranty on the movement and its function, a custom printed Connoisseur of Time Certificate of Authenticity, and a new timing certificate.
A classic Corum that looks like new on the wrist!
