Dubey & Schaldenbrand Ladies Automatic Tonneau Luxury Watch - Stainless Steel

Dubey & Schaldenbrand

Item No. 6856

Created in 1946 by master watchmakers Georges Dubey and René Schaldenbrand, the company that bears their last names was founded on the purpose of building very complicated rattrapante -- split-second -- chronographs.

Revived in 1995 by Cinnette Robert, the company initially focused on creating tradionally styled watches in limited editions powered by new-old-stock vintage movements. As the movement stock is now sold out, the company offers watches with modern automatic mechanisms.

Today's offering showcases this gorgeous Certified Pre-Owned ladies Dubey and Schaldenbrand Aerodyn watch. Built in a tonneau shape suggestive of Franck Muller's "cintree curvex" shape, it features a stunning guilloche "Yale blue" dial, which is the centerpiece of the watch.

The photos couldn't do justice to the dial.

One of features we like about certain Dubey and Schaldenbrand watches is their finely finished movement. While almost all watch manufacturers and even many high-end Swiss brands put very pedestrian movements in their ladies watches, this watch has a finely finished and decorated full automatic engine worthy of a deserving woman.

It is in mint condition. The dial and sapphire crystal are like new and the case presents as mint.

A Master Watchmaker has freshly overhauled the fine movement making it ready for immediate enjoyment.

Included with the purchase is a one-year C.O.T. international warranty on the movement and its function, a custom printed Connoisseur of Time Certificate of Authenticity, and a new timing certificate attesting to its performance.
