Today's offering showcases this Certified Pre-Owned Omega Seamaster 300 Professional automatic chronometer watch. We are proud to offer it in mint condition.
According to Omega, "OMEGA’s sporty Seamaster collection is a tribute to the brand’s maritime legacy. This exquisite example of our renowned watchmaking pays homage to OMEGA’s dive watch heritage and our adventurous pioneering spirit."
Stylish and useful, it was inspired by the so-called James Bond watch, so named from when a similar Seamaster 300 Professional (except with a blue bezel) watch first appeared in the movie 'Golden Eye' (1995).
The case measures 36mm in diameter without the crown and guards, 40mm with them. This midsize Seamaster is well-suited for those with average to smaller size wrists and does not have a large bracelet, although we have additional links in stock if you need them.
Its large luminous hands and hour markers against its black dial make it easily legible at all times, and the rotating bezel and helium escape valve are designed for true diving uses. It was originally designed to be water resistant to 1,000 feet.
Unlike the majority of these 300m's that have quartz movements, this watch is powered by Omega Caliber 1109 automatic movement officially certified as a chronometer that showcases the fine art of traditional watchmaking.
In its pre-owned form, it's an excellent value, providing greater quality in design and execution and in attention to detail than is often found in watches in this under $3000 price range.
It is fully Omega presents in amazing condition - about a 9.8 out of a 10. The bracelet has virtually no stretch - it is essentially as tight as new. The case, dial, sapphire crystal, and bracelet all present as mint.
A Master Watchmaker has performed any needed servicing. It is running strong and continues to keep time essentially on par with a new Seamaster in our testing position.
Accompanying the watch are its original certificate, card holder, booklet, and inner and outer boxes, a complete set.
Included with the purchase is a one-year C.O.T. warranty on the movement and its function and a new timing certificate attesting to its performance.
