It's one of the so-called James Bond style watches, so named from when this same model of a Seamaster 300 Professional watch in the mens version first appeared in the movie 'Golden Eye' (1995).

The case measures 30.5mm in diameter including the guards but excluding the crown.

Powering the watch is its original Omega caliber 1424 precision quartz movement with end of life battery indicator.
