Omega Seamaster Midsize 300M Professional Divers Automatic Chronometer Watch, Stainless Steel - 2253.80.00

Omega

Item No. 6741

We are pleased to offer this Certified Pre-Owned Omega Seamaster 300 Professional quartz watch. It is from the Seamaster 300m line which is often associated with the James Bond watches because of the fact that a similar Seamaster 300 Professional watch (with a blue bezel rather than this polished steel bezel) first appeared in the movie 'Golden Eye' (1995).

This newer style 300m, ref. 2253.80, has the more bold dial with large luminous markers.

The case measures 36mm in diameter without the crown and guards, 40mm with them. This midsize James Bond Seamaster is well-suited for those with average size wrists.

Its large luminous hands and hour markers against its black dial make it easily legible at all times, and the rotating bezel and helium escape valve are designed for true diving uses. It was originally designed to be water resistant to 1,000 feet.

Unlike the majority of these 300m's that have quartz movements, this watch is powered by Omega Caliber 1109 automatic movement officially certified as a chronometer that showcases the fine art of traditional watchmaking. It has a a quick-setting date. It winds very smoothly and is keeping very accurate time.

In its pre-owned form, it presents an excellent value, providing greater quality and attention to detail than is often found in watches in this under $2500 price range.

It is fully Omega and presents in gorgeous condition - a 9.7 out of a perfect 10.

Accompanying it are its original inner and outer boxes.

Included with the purchase is a one-year C.O.T. international warranty on the movement and its function, a custom printed Connoisseur of Time Certificate of Authenticity, and a new timing certificate attesting to its performance.
