Today's offering showcases this Certified Pre-Owned Omega Seamaster 300 Professional watch in gorgeous condition.
It is from the Seamaster 300m line which is often associated with the James Bond watches because of the fact that a similar Seamaster 300 Professional watch (with a blue bezel and dark dial rather than this polished steel bezel) first appeared in the movie 'Golden Eye' (1995).
This midsize Seamaster is well-suited for someone who does not have a large wrist.
According to Omega, "OMEGA’s sporty Seamaster collection is a tribute to the brand’s maritime legacy. This exquisite example of our renowned watchmaking pays homage to OMEGA’s dive watch heritage and our adventurous pioneering spirit."
It is the uncommon and a bit special white dial version of the watch - the white dial version is seen far less often than the usual blue dials.
Its large luminous hands and hour markers against its white dial make it easily legible at all times, and the rotating bezel and helium escape valve are designed for true diving uses. It was originally designed to be water resistant to 1,000 feet.
It has a quick-setting hour for easy changing of the time zone and date. Powering the watch is its original Omega Caliber 1538 precision quartz movement with end of life battery indicator.
In its pre-owned form, it presents an excellent value, providing greater quality and attention to detail than is often found in watches in this $2000 price range.
It has all of its original parts and presents in gorgeous condition - a 9.7 out of a perfect 10. It case presents as mint. As does its dial. And is bracelet presents as mint with strong printing and hardly any stretch.
Note that the orange on the seconds hand is strong and nice tone with almost no fading, a bit stronger in color than some of the photos seem to suggest.
A Master Watchmaker has performed any needed servicing and installed a new battery. For the finishing touch we have meticulously detailed it making it ready for immediate enjoyment.
Included with the purchase is a one-year C.O.T. international warranty on the movement and its function and a full-page custom printed Connoisseur of Time Certificate of Authenticity.
