Today's offering showcases this gorgeously restored and uncommon model of one of Omega's classic vintage gent's watches.
Living up to its name as one of the elegant and sophisticated "De Ville" models, it has a classic case and very cool blue vignette dial.
Powering the watch is its fine original ultra-thin handwound Omega movement.
It is fully Omega down to the hands, winding crown, and even crystal! It presents in true expertly restored condition. It presents as mint. The special dial has been meticulously refinished - the printing could pass as Omega factory done to the naked eye.
Note that the dial and band look much brighter under the photography lights than they do in person. They are a pleasing blue suggested best in the photos of the case back and winding crown.
The photos couldn't do the watch justice.
One of our watchmakers has just disassembled its original Omega movement down to the last screw and cleaned and oiled it, which looks near pristine.
For the finishing touch we have equipped it with a brand new blue leather strap strap making it ready for immediate enjoyment.
Included with the purchase is a one-year C.O.T. international warranty on the movement and its function, a custom printed Connoisseur of Time Certificate of Authenticity, and a new timing certificate.
A four and a half decade old Omega that presents nearly like new!
